Cancellation policy
You may cancel your attendance at any time by writing to us. We will refund 100% of your conference fees if the cancellation is made at least within 15 days of your payment. We will refund 50% of your conference after 15 days fees if the cancellation is made before DEADLINE fifteen days before conference start. No refunds will be made if the cancellation is made after DEADLINE. We will not refund in case of your failure to attend. The US$100 egistration fee will not be refunded in any case.
We will provide electronic update to all the applicants about our programs from time to time. We will provide a finalized schedule two weeks prior the events. If the event has to be cancelled at the last moment due to unlikely events beyond our control, we will refund your fees in total. However, we will not be responsible for other expenses, such as travel, incurred by participants or their companies due to any change in program or program cancellation.
